Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage and develop the maintenance team responsible for production equipment.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs and changeovers to maximize line efficiency, while enforcing safety standards and OSHA compliance. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, PLC knowledge and experience leading a team in a beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of production maintenance mechanic experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Vocational/Technical or Associate degree in maintenance repair or electronics preferred; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains and develops employees to ensure performance against standards.
• Ensure policies, standards and procedures are followed (OSHA, safety, laws).
• Prioritize departmental activity, schedule changeovers and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Train and audit employees on safety practices annually (LOTO, electrical safety).
• Maintain daily worksheets, maintenance records and safety logs per policy; handle time-off requests.
• Modify, troubleshoot and program logic controls; assist with equipment setup to minimize downtime.
