Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, planning changeovers, auditing safety practices, and optimizing downtime through effective equipment management and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in production maintenance
• 1–3 years supervisory experience
• Vocational/Technical in industrial maintenance repair or electronics, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and develop employees to standards.
• Ensure policies, standards and safety compliance are met.
• Plan and prioritize tasks, schedule maintenance/changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Provide safety training and audits.
• Maintain records and timekeeping.
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Oversee PLC modification and troubleshooting.
• Assist with equipment installation and changeovers to minimize downtime.
