Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance department operations.
• Assign PMs, track PM completion and rates.
• Direct daily activities of Mechanics and Parts Clerk.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed.
• Schedule maintenance staff according to workloads and vacations.
• Monitor equipment performance to minimize downtime and identify improvements.
