• Champions FedEx Safety Above All Culture and supports related initiatives.
• Lead hiring, coaching, training, recognition and performance management for staff.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff for safe, efficient sortation and tracking of packages.
• Analyze operations performance and drive improvements to key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates and daily goals to staff.
• Develop and administer employee relations and safety programs.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues as appropriate.
• Train new staff on duties, performance expectations and FXG policies.
