Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience in package handler or supervisory role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting safety initiatives and process improvements is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, coaching and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Safety Above All culture across daily operations.
• Manage hiring, training, coaching, recognition and performance for staff.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees to ensure safe, efficient package sortation.
• Analyze performance data and drive improvements in key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals.
