• Lead and manage daily operations and assigned staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and discipline staff; manage productivity and staff relations.
• Plan, organize, staff, and control day-to-day operations; communicate updates and goals to the team.
