Job summary

Hanley Energy Electrical LLC is seeking a Safety Admin to support the Safety Department across the US. You will conduct new hire safety orientations, maintain training materials, and assist with reporting and audits. The role emphasizes documentation, compliance with OSHA/NFPA 70E, and coordination of safety training and procurement of PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E (training can be provided).
• Valid driver’s license for travel to customer sites as needed.
• 1–3 years of safety experience preferred, but not required, in construction, electrical contracting, manufacturing, or similar industrial settings
• Previous electrical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety orientations and documentation for new hires and subcontractors.
• Maintain current orientation materials to comply with federal, state and local requirements.
• Schedule, prepare, and track safety training programs.
• Support document control, filing, and safety system updates (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft 365).
• Assist with communications, reports, and audit documentation.
• Track inventory and coordinate purchasing of PPE and safety equipment.
• Collect and update data for safety metrics including incident reports and logs.
• Assist with reporting and identify recurring issues for corrective action.
