Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar PM tools is a plus.
• 1–3 years of safety experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for travel.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document new hire safety orientations.
• Maintain orientation materials and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Schedule, prepare, and track safety training programs.
• Support document control and safety system updates.
• Monitor PPE and safety equipment inventory.
• Collect and update safety metrics and prepare reports.
