Job summary

McKesson is seeking a dedicated Shared Product Capabilities Value Stream Release Train Engineer. You will enable alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple teams within the SAFe framework, coaching leaders and teams, and driving delivery at scale.

You will apply AI-enabled analytics to improve predictability, manage dependencies, and optimize PI planning. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Management, Technology, UX, Data, and leadership across value streams.

Qualifications

• Experience in scaled Agile environments.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional planning and execution events.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning and ART-level events to align priorities and delivery.
• Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile principles and decentralized decision-making.
• Track ART health, delivery outcomes, and dependencies; manage risks and impediments.
• Lead Inspect & Adapt workshops and improve delivery flow across value streams.
