Job summary

McKesson Corporation seeks a dedicated Pharmacy Value Stream Release Train Engineer to enable alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple teams. You will facilitate PI planning, manage dependencies, and coach teams in Lean-Agile practices, leveraging AI-enabled analytics for data-driven decisions.

This role operates within the Pharmacy Suites SAFe framework and does not own product priorities or people management.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience with typically 7+ years in Agile delivery or related field.
• Experience supporting Agile teams in a scaled environment and leading large planning events.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean, Scrum, Kanban and dependency management.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate value stream and ART-level cadences including PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional planning and execution events with multiple teams.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and backlog readiness across programs.
• Coach teams on Lean-Agile principles and decentralized decision-making.
• Use AI-enabled analytics to identify patterns and improve delivery decisions.
