The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Agile delivery leadership, strong cross-team coordination skills, and advanced experience with SAFe methodologies and enterprise software delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Agile delivery leadership experience, including Release Train Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Program Increments across one or more Agile Release Trains
• Drive PI Planning readiness with Product Management, Business Owners, and Technology leadership
• Facilitate PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
• Support release-on-demand planning for prioritized epics and features
• Manage cross-team and cross-ART dependencies, risks, and impediments
• Coach and develop Scrum Masters and Flow Masters
• Champion Lean-Agile, SAFe, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices
• Facilitate feature and capability estimation and apply Agile and flow metrics
• Use AI-enabled insights for forecasting, capacity planning, bottleneck visibility, and risk management
• Build stakeholder alignment and accountability through facilitation, conflict resolution, consensus-building, and transparent communication
• Drive continuous improvement using program metrics, delivery health indicators, and team maturity insights
• Embed Responsible AI practices across value streams
• Apply AI-enabled knowledge management to capture decisions, action items, delivery insights, and program knowledge
