Job summary

RED Global seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer to guide an Agile Release Train using SAFe practices. You will partner with Product Management, System Architecture, and delivery teams to synchronise priorities, manage dependencies, and improve flow for measurable business value.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, coaching, and the design of cadences, ceremonies, and metrics to drive predictability and quality across multiple teams.

Qualifications

SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification is required.
Minimum of five years of experience acting as an RTE in a medium- or large-scale enterprise environment.
Experience coaching multiple Scrum Masters and Agile teams at different maturity levels.

Responsibilities

Stand up and enable the Agile Release Train with SAFe ceremonies and governance.
Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners in servant leadership and backlog stewardship.
Drive cross-team collaboration, manage dependencies, and improve flow.
Measure performance, identify risks, and present executive-ready status and progress.
Configure and maintain Jira Align and Jira boards for traceability and delivery.
Support planning events, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
