Job summary

S&P Global Dow Jones Indices seeks an experienced Agile delivery leader to guide multiple Agile Release Trains, align business strategy with delivery, and foster high-performance teams. You will champion Lean-Agile practices, SAFe, and responsible AI governance across value streams in a global setting.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Agile leadership, 5+ years managing teams, and strong program-level coaching experience within complex enterprise tech environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Agile delivery leadership experience in complex matrixed environments.
• Experience with SAFe, PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Program Increments across one or more Agile Release Trains.
• Drive PI Planning readiness with Product Management, Business Owners, and Tech leadership.
• Facilitate core ART events: PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt.
• Support release-on-demand planning for epics/features and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Coach Scrum Masters and Flow Masters to build high-performing teams.
• Enable data-driven decisions using Agile metrics and AI-enabled insights.
• Act as change agent to drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt and delivery health metrics.
• Embed Responsible AI governance across value streams and knowledge capture.
