Job summary

McKesson is seeking a dedicated Release Train Engineer for the Pharmacy Value Stream. You will enable alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple teams, applying SAFe and Lean-Agile practices to deliver value at scale.

You will coach teams, facilitate PI Planning, manage dependencies, and help optimize program flow while partnering with Product Operations and leadership. This is a fulltime, on-site role in Alpharetta, GA with McKesson's Total Rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery or program delivery.
• Experience supporting Agile teams in a scaled environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, dependency management.
• Advanced facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve value stream and ART-level cadences including PI Planning.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional planning and execution events.
• Prepare teams for PI Planning with priorities, capacity, risks, backlog.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers and escalations.
• Track performance, flow metrics, ART health, and use AI-enabled analytics.
• Lead Inspect & Adapt events and coach teams on Lean-Agile principles.
