Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a dedicated Release Train Engineer for Pharmacy Value Stream. You will facilitate alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple teams, applying SAFe and Lean principles to improve predictability and value delivery.

You will coach teams and leaders, manage dependencies, and enable scalable delivery without owning product priorities or people management, while leveraging AI analytics to optimize PI Planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Agile delivery, program delivery, product development, technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Agile teams in a scaled environment and leading large, cross-functional planning events.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate value stream and ART-level cadences, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional planning and execution events with multiple teams and priorities.
• Ensure priorities, capacity, dependencies, risks, and backlog readiness for PI Planning.
• Make dependencies and risks visible across the value stream and promote flow.
• Use AI-enabled analytics to identify patterns and improve delivery decisions.
• Coach teams on Lean-Agile principles and decentralized decision-making.
• Communicate delivery risks and opportunities to leaders and partners.
