Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Release Train Engineer (SAFe SPC/Agilist) to lead Agile delivery across multiple teams in a SAFe framework. You will facilitate PI Planning and ART events, coordinate dependencies, and provide strong reporting to governance bodies.

The role requires hands-on experience and exceptional communication skills for executive audiences. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of delivery leadership, SAFe RTE/ SPC certification, and a proven ability to drive Lean-Agile practices

Qualifications

5+ years in program/project delivery or Agile leadership with 2+ years as RTE/SAFe environment
SAFe RTE certification (or SAFe SPC/Agilist) and hands-on PI Planning facilitation
PMI certification desirable
Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risk and impediments across multiple Agile teams
Strong stakeholder management and two-way reporting with delivery teams and PMO
Experience with Agile program management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira/Jira Align) for tracking flow and metrics
Servant-leadership and Lean-Agile coaching across technical and non-technical audiences
Extremely strong communication, with executive-level presentations
Ability to create best-practice frameworks to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

Facilitate PI Planning and full ART events in a SAFe environment
Manage cross-team dependencies and program risks across multiple Agile teams
Provide clear, timely reporting between delivery teams and governance functions (LACE/PMO)
Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and servant leadership
Standardize project management practices and create reusable templates for efficiency
