Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 in Charlotte, NC for its Financial Services unit to drive SAFe program execution across multiple Agile teams. The role focuses on planning, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery excellence within SDLC processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in SAFe environments and facilitating PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and stakeholder communications to align multiple Agile teams with business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe tools and program reporting, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated coaching of teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and clients, conducting regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support SDLC processes ensuring deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests, assist with effort estimation and approvals.
