Qualifications

• 8+ years of Agile delivery experience and facilitating a scaled Agile framework.
• 3+ years as a Release Train Engineer or equivalent role required.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe and Agile Release Trains (ART).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the ART's core events such as PI Planning and daily stand-ups.
• Tracks and removes program-level impediments across teams.
• Coaches Scrum Masters and teams in Agile best practices.
