Qualifications

• Certified RTE or Scrum Master certification required.
• Minimum 3+ years of SAFe Scrum Master experience in an ART.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to influence and lead teams without formal authority.
• Experience with agile planning, backlog refinement, and risk management.
• Experience preparing executive-ready presentations and demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate execution across development, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Drive achievement of contract KPIs: timeliness, quality, throughput, SLA adherence, stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish, maintain, and refine SOPs, templates, workflows, and governance practices.
• Facilitate PI planning, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and client meetings.
• Coach BAs and team leads on requirements quality, prioritization, roadmap planning, backlog management and value articulation.
• Develop presentations, agendas, and customer-facing materials; prepare for demos and executive discussions.
• Track and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies; escalate and drive resolution.
• Maintain release train reporting, throughput metrics, dashboards, and quality indicators.
• Foster psychological safety, team cohesion, and professional growth.
