Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pursuing IT degree or certificate path (A+ and/or Network+ preferred).
• 2+ years supporting a help desk or related technical support experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional IT services to Royal Electric employees.
• Document activities in the ITSM platform while meeting SLA expectations.
• Communicate issues, solutions, and escalations clearly and professionally.
• Process onboarding and offboarding while following standard operating procedures.
• Deploy, configure, and track computers, mobile devices, software, and user access.
• Manage accounts and maintain security protocols for enterprise technology.
• Provide onsite support for remote offices, including IT projects and equipment installs.
• Set up, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure at remote job sites.
