Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with SaaS support concepts and experience with a variety of applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to find technological solutions to business problems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to transfer and transform data to suit business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues using technology and data analysis.
• Advanced spreadsheet proficiency (e.g., complex formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables, data validation).
• Proven track record in root-cause analysis, system QA testing, and technical diagnostics.
• Ability to analyze system configurations and workflows from limited visual context.

Responsibilities

• Application configuration and administration: Setting up and managing user accounts and permissions within SaaS applications.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting: Actively monitoring SaaS application performance and identifying potential issues; analyze usage data.
• Security and compliance: Implementing security policies and ensuring regulatory compliance; manage SSO and licensing.
• Integration management: Integrating SaaS applications with internal systems and managing APIs.
• Help Desk Ticket Resolution: Training users and resolving issues; creating documentation.
• Reporting and analysis: Generating and presenting SaaS usage and cost reports; provide insights to stakeholders.
