• Ability to translate non-technical workflows into system requirements.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or internal tools.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operation teams to understand day-to-day workflows and pain points.
• Document current-state processes and identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Translate operational needs into clear system requirements.
• Design future-state workflows aligned with system capabilities.
• Collaborate with the CTO to enhance the internal SaaS platform.
• Drive adoption and change management with team leads.
• Develop SOPs across departments and ensure consistency.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support decisions.
