Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Contract Business Analyst to lead requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and solution delivery in a cloud SaaS environment. You will model processes, conduct peer reviews, and drive UAT and business validation with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong communication, governance, and organizational skills, with experience across waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading business and IT resources through discovery and documentation of requirements.
Experience with cloud hosted SaaS implementation projects.
Ability to lead others to implement new approaches, systems, structures, and methods.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks related to business analysis including elicitation of requirements and stakeholder management.
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility.
Create process models, specifications, diagrams and charts for developers and project teams.
Develop and conduct peer reviews of business requirements.
Manage and track requirements through the project lifecycle and enforce changes.
Communicate changes to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and the development team.
Work with BSA, Data Analysts, Business Architect, Development, and Data Governance teams.
Develop user acceptance tests and facilitate their execution and business validation meetings.
