Job summary

InvoiceCloud's Sales Development Representative role is based in Boston, MA. You’ll prospect, qualify, and create new sales opportunities, connecting with potential customers and building pipeline for the Sales team.

Reporting to the SDR Manager, you’ll use inbound and outbound outreach, account-based strategies, and consistent follow-up to spark conversations. This onsite role (Seaport) requires strong coaching and offers a clear path to Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Build pipeline through inbound and outbound outreach.
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate activity and progress for handoffs.
• Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities.
