This role offers a $100K base with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in software/human resources sales is preferred.
• Ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closed deals.
• Get in front of C-suite decision-makers and demonstrate Paycom HR solutions.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and follow-through.
• Become an expert in enterprise SaaS sales with our training and support.
• Travel is required, including overnight trips.
