Paycom in Miami is hiring a Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closed deals in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will lead the charge in introducing our industry-leading HR software to businesses that need it most.

Top performers earn well above base with uncapped commissions; recent rookies have cleared six figures and some exceed $1M, with a $100K base. Travel is required as you expand the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in software sales, preferably SaaS.
• Ability to prospect and close deals.
• Comfort presenting to C-suite executives.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal.
• Get in front of C-suite decision-makers and show them Paycom's HR solutions.
• Build and manage pipelines through proactive prospecting and disciplined follow-through.
• Become an expert in enterprise software sales and modern B2B sales strategy.
• Travel required — includes overnight travel.
