Job summary

Work Market, an ADP Company, is expanding its sales team to drive cross-industry adoption of its Freelance Management Solution (FMS). You will target Line of Business Executives (SMB and Enterprise), CHROs and COOs to leverage a blended workforce for productivity and compliance.

The role emphasizes quota attainment, robust pipeline development, and strategic account plans, with collaboration across Business Development and Marketing to win new business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling SaaS, experience with quotas.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed your quota.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and monthly forecast.
• Build and manage a territory plan.
• Self-source prospects and leverage internal tools.
• Handle pricing and contract negotiations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams.
