Job summary

Work Market, an ADP Company, is expanding its sales team to close cross-industry SaaS deals with Line of Business executives seeking blended workforces. You will drive revenue by managing a robust territory plan and shaping value propositions for CHRO/COO audiences.

The role emphasizes quota attainment, pipeline leadership, and collaboration with marketing and BD. A college degree is helpful, with 5+ years of SaaS sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience selling SaaS, with enterprise focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present technology solutions without a Sales Engineer
• Proven track record against quarterly quotas
• Direct field experience with enterprise accounts

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quota consistently
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and monthly forecast
• Build and manage a territory plan
• Self-source prospects and leverage internal tools
• Handle pricing and contract negotiations
