Job summary

Storable is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead a team of Hunters and Farmers serving self-storage operators. You will coach reps, own the number and forecast, and drive data-driven decisions with a focus on high-velocity and strategic multi-threaded deals.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with frontline management, deep forecasting discipline, and strong Salesforce expertise to ensure CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with frontline management
• Experience leading AE/AM teams in SMB/Mid-Market
• Proven ability to forecast, manage pipeline, and drive renewals

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Hunters and Farmers teams, provide deal support and pricing guidance
• Own the forecast with a strict pipeline and Salesforce hygiene
• Define KPIs like pipeline coverage, win rates, and renewal performance
• Coordinate with xDRs, Product Specialists, CS, and Insurance overlays
• Partner with RevOps to optimize territories and reporting
• Coach on SPICED, MEDDPICC, and BANT frameworks and value-based selling
