Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates, building a scalable, data-driven sales engine. The Sales Manager will drive growth of new revenue and expand existing revenue while hands-on in closing deals and leading a high-performing team.

You will recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals, manage the pipeline, and forecast performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and precise execution to win more in a distributed work

Qualifications

• Proven track record in SaaS B2B sales and growth of bookings.
• Experience growing revenue and managing a sales pipeline.
• Ability to forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Directly participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps.
• Optimize the funnel with marketing and product marketing to develop a strong lead-gen engine.
• Keep the team disciplined and accountable to metrics and processes.
• Innovate and automate upon current infrastructure and sales systems to further growth.
