Steer is hiring a Sales Development Representative in the Boston area. You will build outbound opportunities, conduct product demos, and guide small business owners through a streamlined sales process.

This is a hybrid role with a three-month onsite ramp at the Waltham, MA office, then potential for hybrid scheduling after meeting targets. You will drive a high-volume outreach strategy, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to advance deals, while leveraging CRM to maintain

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outbound sales experience.
• Proven quota attainment and activity metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience performing product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound growth with high-volume calls and outreach.
• Master the Steer SaaS product to demonstrate value online.
• Apply consultative selling to address customer pain points.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records for forecasting.
