The role collaborates with Engineering, IT, HR, Marketing, and Legal to manage renewal processes and data-backed strategies, with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or renewals experience in tech.
• Experience with SaaS vendor management and multi-location teams.
• Experience with e-procurement tools and renewal processes.
• Strong data analysis and cost-reduction focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling 12-month renewal calendar and prevent auto-renewals.
• Analyze utilization data with IT Asset Management to size licenses.
• Negotiate software and IT renewals using playbooks to limit uplifts.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews for data privacy and budget approvals.
• Administer procurement software (ZIP) and maintain contract records.
