Job summary

Everlaw is seeking a Renewals Manager in Oakland, CA with a hybrid schedule (in-office M/W/Th; Tu/Fr optional). You will own the rolling renewal pipeline for internal SaaS and IT contracts, preventing auto-renewal lapses and driving cost savings through usage analysis and license right-sizing.

You will partner with Engineering, IT, HR, and Marketing to manage the commercial lifecycle, coordinate data privacy and budget approvals, and maintain accurate renewal records in ZIP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive procurement experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end renewal pipelines.
• Strong data analysis skills with usage metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling 12-month renewal calendar and initiate cycles 90–120 days prior to expiration to prevent unintended auto-renewals.
• Analyze utilization data with IT Asset Management to identify unused seats and shelfware.
• Negotiate in-scope software and IT renewals using playbooks and benchmarks.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to confirm data privacy, security, and budget approvals prior to execution.
• Administer ZIP and maintain contract records, renewal dates, spend data, and savings metrics.
