Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Renewal Coordinator to own a portfolio of SaaS renewal contracts. The role emphasizes negotiation to protect and improve contract value, expanding opportunities at renewal, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Remote work is supported; you will report to the Manager, Renewal Specialists and play a key part in reducing churn while maximizing revenue across a geographic territory.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Eligible to work in Egypt
• Ability to work 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Implement win/win negotiation strategies for a high quantity of renewals that enhance contract value
• Increase account growth by identifying incremental opportunities at renewal
• Maintain and update a rolling forecast of your territory and communicate renewal risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop renewal strategies
• Evaluate problems where data analysis informs renewal decisions
• Adhere to internal processes including CRM hygiene and forecasting
• Achieve financial and strategic revenue, bookings and billings targets
• Prioritize portfolio to render favorable renewal outcomes
• Leverage customer data to assess health of each renewal
