Job summary

TeleTracking Technologies, Inc. is seeking a QA Release Manager to lead quality readiness and coordinate reliable software releases across our SaaS platform.

You will connect QA, Engineering, Product, DevOps, and customer-facing teams to ensure releases are validated and operationally ready. You will own release readiness, expose quality and delivery risks, and drive improvements that increase confidence and predictability in our software releases for healthcare organizations operating around

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in software quality assurance, release management, or software delivery.
• Cloud-based SaaS delivery in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing practices, defect management, release controls, and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to assess testing evidence, explain technical risks, and facilitate release decisions.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, cloud environments, and deployment strategies.
• Experience with release automation tools and source control.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated release calendar across multiple development teams.
• Define release entry/exit criteria with Engineering, QA, Product, and DevOps.
• Lead release readiness reviews and go/no-go discussions.
• Coordinate production, maintenance releases, and emergency fixes with proper validation.
• Maintain release docs and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with Security for compliance checks.
