Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to own the day-to-day QA practice and govern release readiness across enterprise healthcare workflows. The role partners with Product and Engineering to define risk-based test coverage and to drive continuous improvement in testing discipline.

Responsibilities include leading defect triage, coordinating test data and environments, and coaching team members toward stronger ownership of outcomes while aligning with Agile/Scrum delivery and release goals.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on QA experience including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution and mentoring testers.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA in discovery to release.
• Ability to translate workflows into risk-based test coverage.
• Experience with defect management and triage with Product & Engineering.
• Knowledge of test automation concepts, frameworks, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and release readiness.
• Identify delays, blockers, data needs, and scope gaps early.
• Provide transparency on testing status, quality risks, and release readiness.
• Coach QA team on testing discipline and risk-based thinking.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering and ensure proper closure.
• Develop test strategies for features and platform changes.
• Coordinate test data, environments, and dependencies for QA execution.
