Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to own and evolve the automation-forward QA practice across our enterprise-grade healthcare platform. You will drive test strategy, plan and execute comprehensive testing, and mentor QA staff to improve ownership and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution and mentoring testers or coordinating quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and QA throughout discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Demonstrated ability to create test strategies and translate complex business workflows into thorough, risk-based test coverage.
• Experience managing defects and facilitating effective triage with Product and Engineering.
• Working knowledge of test automation concepts, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to surface concerns early.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA practice day-to-day, establish expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work starts as planned and blockers or data needs are communicated immediately.
• Create transparency on what has been tested, remaining gaps, defects, risks, and release confidence.
• Coach QA team on testing discipline, risk thinking, root-cause analysis, and ownership.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering to clarify severity, priority, and impact.
• Define practical QA exit criteria and ensurecritical defects are closed before release.
• Provide objective quality recommendations for releases based on evidence and risk.
• Identify recurring defect patterns and pursue preventive actions with Eng/Prod.
