Integra Partners seeks a QA Lead to elevate the quality assurance practice across product delivery. You will drive test planning, execution, and release readiness, expand automation, and coach QA teammates while partnering with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes visibility into test readiness, risk, and blockers, plus strong defect triage, metrics, and an ownership mindset in a fast-paced healthcare-adjacent environment.

Qualificações

• Extensive hands-on software QA experience across lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead QA execution and mentor testers.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and risk-based testing.
• Experience defining test strategies and running triage.
• Familiarity with automation tooling and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day QA practice and set expectations for planning and release readiness.
• Ensure timely test execution, visibility into risks, and blocker handling.
• Drive test strategy, data, environments, and end-to-end coverage.
• Lead defect triage and enforce QA exit criteria for releases.
• Coach team on testing discipline and risk-based quality improvements.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality.
