Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance practice across product delivery in the United States. You will champion test strategies, drive automation, and ensure releases meet quality standards while collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering.

You will coach QA professionals, define test approaches, and provide visibility into test readiness and risk, enabling timely and reliable software delivery across our DMEPOS network.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or managing quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA integration across discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into risk-based test coverage and test strategies.
• Experience managing defects with effective triage and release readiness consideration.
• Familiarity with test automation concepts, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day QA practice, setting expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure tests begin as planned and blockers or environment issues are addressed and communicated promptly.
• Create transparency on testing progress, defects, risks, and release confidence.
• Coach QA team members on testing discipline, risk-based thinking, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for features, integrations, defects, and platform changes.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering and enforce practical QA exit criteria.
• Advance automation strategy to increase coverage without brittleness and integrate tests into delivery pipelines.
