Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to own the QA discipline across product delivery, driving test readiness, and improving automation and coverage in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering, you will embed quality throughout the lifecycle, coach team members, and provide clear visibility into quality metrics and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution or mentoring testers.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA throughout discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into thorough, risk-based test coverage.
• Experience with test automation concepts and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day QA practice and establish consistent expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work begins when planned and blockers or environment issues are identified and communicated immediately.
• Create transparency into what has been tested, what remains untested, and current quality risks.
• Coach QA team members on testing discipline, risk-based thinking, and ownership of outcomes.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for new features, defects, and platform changes.
