Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Market Development Representative (MDR) in the Chicago area to generate new business through outbound calls and targeted emails. The MDR qualifies prospects and coordinates meetings with Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise, spending about 80% of time on phone prospecting.

Hybrid role with in-office time required. A BA/BS degree or equivalent sales experience is needed; SaaS experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent sales related experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a client or customer facing role.
• Prior experience in the SaaS industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects who reside in one of Docusign's core vertical markets, offering tailored solutions to solve and improve business process problems.
• Schedule appointments between prospects and our Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise verticals.
• Use CRM to record information and identify opportunities in your assigned territory.
• Work with marketing to create email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase company and personal brand awareness.
