Job summary

Talanto is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional SaaS deployment projects in the United States. The role requires proven leadership, comprehensive planning, and the ability to deliver on aggressive timelines while coordinating with customers, partners, and internal teams.

You will own project plans, drive on-time delivery, manage risks, and ensure smooth implementation and hand-off to Support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience navigating and leading agile projects in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with cross-departmental trust-building.
• Proficient in project documentation and cloud-based document management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Plan and manage execution using automated PM tools.
• Drive on-time delivery with comprehensive launch plans and cycle tracking.
• Mitigate risks and escalate issues across all phases of key projects.
• Lead implementation and hand-off to Support and Success teams.
