Job summary

Unily is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead client implementations and optimizations across North America and EMEA. You will own end-to-end projects, manage plans, risk, scope, and budgets while building strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

In this role you’ll partner with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to scope opportunities, guide teams through kickoff to go-live, and drive operational excellence with a focus on measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction in a

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or related roles with a history of successfully managing software implementation projects.
Experience building and maintaining client relationships and managing cross-functional teams.
Background in software implementation or SaaS deployment.
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives and delivery methodology.
Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to deliver key client outcomes.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional team activities.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Manage scope, budget, and timeline with clients and internal teams.
