Job summary

Unily is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementations for North America and EMEA regions. You will manage project plans, coordinate professional services, and foster strong client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management or client delivery, experience with software SaaS deployments, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining high-quality standards and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or related roles
• History of successfully managing software implementation projects
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships
• Background in managing cross-functional teams
• Experience with software implementation or SaaS deployment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align with client objectives
• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to achieve client outcomes
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle
• Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional activities
• Manage scope, budget, and timeline with clients and teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and set expectations
• Guide clients through implementation from kickoff to go-live
• Collaborate with PS pre-sales and sales for scoping opportunities
• Document project status and KPIs, and drive process improvements
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and mentor junior staff
