Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Project / Engineering Manager to lead three cross-functional development teams within a major transformation program for a global insurer client. You will own end-to-end delivery milestones, unblock teams, and align with Product Managers and Architects to ensure timely, high-quality software.

The role requires 6+ years in software delivery, hands-on leadership, robust Agile experience, and strong stakeholder management across EU/UK time zones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software delivery and multi-team engagements.
• Hands-on leadership style, able to unblock and decide.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and project/program practices.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across three cross-functional teams; manage scope, timeline, quality.
• Plan, track, and report progress; surface risks and drive corrective actions.
• Keep momentum and unblock blockers; coordinate dependencies with other streams.
• Translate product vision into executable roadmaps with architects.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and improve delivery maturity across teams.
