Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Technical Architect to join our Services organization in Charlotte, NC. In this senior advisory role, you will shape best practices, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, and provide hands-on guidance for complex engagements to deliver maximum value for our clients.

You will lead architecture discussions, design implementation plans, and mentor delivery teams while aligning with security, scalability, and cloud standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS with enterprise software architecture experience.
• Experience designing complex B2B enterprise apps.
• 5+ years in LegalTech or FinTech.
• 2+ years hands-on data integration using Boomi.
• Knowledge of cloud, middleware, REST APIs, design patterns, security and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain best practices for implementing products, driving consistency in services delivery.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to design implementation plans spanning multiple product segments.
• Create templates and fixed-scope packages for configurations in product applications and integration services.
• Advise on strategic services projects with hands-on technical work where needed.
• Engage stakeholders to articulate architectural vision and guide Product/Engineering teams.
