Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Product Manager to own defined feature work within a product area and translate customer and business needs into shipped outcomes. You will partner with engineering, design, QA, implementation, operations, and client-facing teams to deliver quality features for participant and administrator experiences across offerings.

The role requires 3+ years in product management or related fields, strong communication, and familiarity with Agile workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, technology, design, analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management or adjacent experience such as business analysis, operations, implementation, UX, engineering, client services, or product ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create clear product artifacts.
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners and follow through on commitments.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and product development workflows.
• Ability to use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support research and product artifact development.

Responsibilities

• Own defined features from discovery through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Write clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and release notes.
• Partner with engineering and design to evaluate solution options and sequencing.
• Use customer feedback and analytics to refine priorities.
• Prepare launch readiness plans with support needs and training.
• Monitor adoption and operational outcomes after launch.
• Maintain roadmap and backlog hygiene and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Build knowledge of benefits administration domain and client delivery model.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
