Job summary

Connecteam in the United States is seeking a driven Professional Service Manager to deliver services, set up features based on client workflows, and migrate data from tools into Connecteam. You will collaborate with CS and R&D to optimize onboarding and processes.

You will meet daily with clients, build strong relationships, and work across teams to ensure a best-in-class experience while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday hours apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a SaaS company (preferred).
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and collaborative.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services.
• Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with CS, R&D, and integration partners to support implementations.
