Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative in Wichita, KS, to grow the local software client base and expand the SaaS footprint. The role blends remote client engagement with substantial in-person visits, roughly half the time, to nurture relationships and close deals.

You’ll work with existing clients and prospect for new business, becoming a SaaS expert and partnering with marketing and tech teams to execute strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct sales experience (preferably SaaS).
• 2+ years outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Ability to work remotely in a remote-first environment.
• Strong technical skills with MS Office.
• 50% outside home office; 50% driving; live within 1 hour commute.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships and meet quotas.
• Present opportunities for additional sales or extended usage.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients via self-generated prospecting and company programs.
• Execute defined operational processes and requirements with excellence.
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training.
