Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking an Outbound Account Executive to drive new business from our San Diego office, with a hybrid in-office/remote setup. You will focus on high outbound calling, lead research, and rapid qualification to schedule meetings with Account Executives.

You will manage CRM data, collaborate with the sales team, and contribute to process improvements while staying current in the SaaS and tech space.

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is required.
• 1+ year in SaaS sales or telemarketing preferred.
• Self-starter with motivation to succeed.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Team player in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment.
• Able to adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• High outbound calling to potential clients.
• Researching leads from directories, web searches, and digital resources.
• Maintain prospective client information in the CRM.
• Answer client questions and follow-up questions.
• Set up meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
• Report results and suggest efficiency improvements to SDR/Sales Supervisor.
